Generating service charge invoices, corresponding notices and maintaining continuous communication with unit owners.

Tracking the service charge collection and implementing measures for recovery of arrears

Formulating and implementing measures to regulate yearly expenses in order to reduce service charge rates

Administering contractual payments on behalf of the OA as per signed agreements

Monitoring utility consumption’s and manage payments as per the approved service charge budget.

General Fund preparation and management as per the direction of RERA and OA board

Providing all necessary documents to the RERA approved Auditor for the preparation of yearly Audit.

Cash Flow Management and preparation of the cash flow statement. Upkeep of all books of records by utilizing leading technological systems
